Originally from New Jersey, he is a self described 'health nut' and former star of MTV's 'The Real World ' remember the model with washboard abs from season one?! He was a contestant on the 2004/2005 Battle of the Sexes Real World/Road Rules Challenge (which he won), and is the former star and host of MTV's ''The Grind' TV show and MTV's "The Grind" exercise videos, and also was the host of ABC's "Dance Fever." Not to mention his countless other movie and television roles, such as The Brady Bunch Movie and Above the Rim. Eric has appeared on many national TV news and talk shows such as; "The Today Show," "Good Morning America," "LIVE with Regis and Kelly," MTV's "Total Request Live" (TRL), "Fox News," "Entertainment Tonight," and "Extra." Also, Eric has appeared in numerous major magazines including Glamour, US Weekly, Esquire, Men's Health and Fitness, People, Cosmopolitan, Health, Fitness, Shape, Health and Fitness Sports Magazine, and many others. Health and fitness is in his blood. Eric's brother, John Nies is an athletic trainer and former NFL Football player, and his father Jack is one of the longest running referee's in NBA history.

My name Is Erica Leonard. I am native Floridian, born and raised on the beautiful beaches of Fort Lauderdale. I highly enjoy life to the fullest. I write creatively as a heartfelt hobby, I currently own my own business, and I'm a true entrepreneur. I love to explore the world, travel,and make friends all over. I have worked in the modeling industry my whole life, its become my second nature. I was a model with Hawaiian Tropic for 11 years. That career led me to a big change at the age of 18. I ventured off to live the "DREAM" in the City of Angles..Los Angele's California, where I pursued some acting, even more modeling and succeeded quite well in the struggling business. I was kept busy, which was great. I eventually made it back to my roots,and the sands of Florida, where my family was. After taking some college classes in Journalism I had hosted some local TV shows, ran events such as local Hawaiian tropic contests in Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the Caribbean, and once again lived out a fantastic dream. Health and Fitness are a huge part of my life. Dave Sandoval is an Ann Wigmore-inspired devotee of the "living foods" lifestyle and believes that plants have been imparted with unique healing properties. He has spread this message across Asia, Europe, and the United States through his unrelenting desire to help people improve their quality of life and achieve maximum longevity while remaining free of disease. His audio book, The Healing Miracle of Green Foods has been translated into many languages and thousands of copies have been distributed worldwide.

He is the founder of Organic By Nature, Inc and the originator of Green Kamut® Wheatgrass, the first wheatgrass grown from an ancient, pure, and heirloom seed. He currently formulates and produces nutritional products for over 100 companies, from cancer treatment centers to internationally recognized health food companies, as well as some of the most popular personalities in the nutrition industry.
